Tokyo Support Center for the Arts and Culture ARTNOTO Outreach Event

ARTNOTO, an initiative operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) to support people working in arts and culture, is coming to Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre with the cooperation of Autumn Meteorite 2026 Tokyo!
ARTNOTO usually provides its services mainly online, but this event offers an opportunity to experience them in person in an informal setting. A range of special support programs will be available, including face-to-face consultations, consultation sessions featuring practical guidance, and workshops.

<CONSULTATION SERVICES>

Outreach Consultations

Consultants from the ARTNOTO Consultation Service will meet with you in person and help you find ways to address your concerns and challenges.

Hours: 11:00 am–6:00 pm on both days
Consultation length: Approximately 25 minutes per session
*No reservation required.


-Consultation Sessions with Mini-Lectures by Specialists
Focusing on the management perspective needed to sustain an artistic practice, these sessions will feature lectures, demonstration consultations, and individual consultations with certified SME management consultants and tax and accounting professionals.

-Harassment Prevention Course 2026: Active Bystander Workshop
Through case studies and group discussions, participants will explore possible actions and approaches for improving a situation when they witness harassment as a bystander, while protecting themselves and those around them.

-Social Security and Self-Care Course 2026: Childbirth, Childcare, and Creative Practice—A Roundtable on Parenthood and Working in the Arts
How can we create working environment in the arts and culture as we face our life changes? Participants from diverse backgrounds will share their thoughts, challenges and practical solutions from their respective perspectives.
