Civic Creative Base Tokyo [CCBT] × Performing Arts Festival: Autumn Meteorite Tokyo
Future Ideations Camp Vol.9: Fiction←Technology→Imagination

Fiction co-created by technology and the imagination over a four-day reinterpretation of theater and society.
This short, intensive workshop is co-hosted by Civic Creative Base Tokyo (CCBT), a hub for developing people’s creativity in society through art and digital technology, and the “Performing Arts Festival: Autumn Meteorite Tokyo.” This edition marks the 9th installment of CCBT’s core Camp program and the 2nd collaboration with Autumn Meteorite. As its Program Director, Toshiki Okada (Artistic Director of Autumn Meteorite) has designed the curriculum alongside instructors and facilitators with diverse expertise. Over 4 days, the program explores the potential of theater to offer new perspectives to society and reality by utilizing technology to amplify theater’s inherent power to generate fiction through the audience’s imagination. Around 20 participants, selected through an open call, will engage in lectures, workshops, and group work, culminating in an exhibition-style presentation of their ideas and outcomes.
