Performing Arts Festival: Autumn Meteorite 2026 Tokyo Full Program Lineup Release

We are pleased to announce the full lineup of Performing Arts Festival: Autumn Meteorite 2026 Tokyo to be held from October 9 (Fri.) to November 3 (Tue.), 2026 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre and other locations in Ikebukuro.

We’ll be sharing the latest updates, detailed program information, ticketing news, and special content to help you enjoy this year’s Autumn Meteorite Tokyo.

General ticket sales begin at 10:00 AM on saturday, August 8.

For its second edition, Autumn Meteorite Tokyo once again returns under the artistic direction of Toshiki Okada with three main categories: the “Performance Program,” comprising 13 diverse works of performing art from Japan and abroad; the “Non-Performance Program,” consisting of lectures, workshops, and other events; and the “Hello and Welcome (Attendee Support)” program, which provides support throughout the festival.
In addition to presenting cutting-edge works from Japan and overseas, we aim to support the discovery of artists in Japan, commission new works, and foster transnational networks among artists and presenters based in Asia.
Following last year’s edition, we aim to create opportunities for audiences to experience the “here and now” of the Japanese and global performing arts scenes through a diverse range of programs—making them more accessible, encouraging direct, personal connection and resonance, inviting discoveries of various realities, and opening new perspectives from which to reconsider the world we inhabit.
